Information relating to the exercise of the right of termination
Instructions on the exercise of the right of termination pursuant to art. 49 (4) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005
You have the right to terminate the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days.
The termination period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the domicile indicated by you in the order.
To exercise the right of termination, you must inform Federica Lanari via A/R addressed to the headquarters, located in Via De ‘ Gandolfi 14/A, 40128, Bologna (Italy) or by mail to the address info@www.federicalanari.com, of your decision to terminate this agreement through an explicit declaration (letter sent by mail, or e-mail).
To do this you can use the enclosed termination type form, not to be considered mandatory.
In order to comply with the termination period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice concerning the exercise of the right of termination before the expiry of the termination.
Effects of termination
If you terminate this agreement, you will be reimbursed all payments you made in favor of Federica Lanari, without undue delay and in any case no more than 14 days from the return of the goods to Federica Lanari.
These refunds will be made by bank transfer to the bank details that you must indicate.
The reimbursement will be suspended until the receipt and verification of the goods made by Federica Lanari.
Please send the goods back to Federica Lanari at the headquarters, located in VIA DE ‘ GANDOLFI 14/A, 40128, BOLOGNA (ITALY) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your termination from this agreement.
The costs of returning goods will be at your expense, as well as any import fees for the hypothesis of shipments out of the Italian territory.
You will be responsible only for the possible decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
